This Kochi apartment has views of luxuriant vegetation and sunlight. According to Avinash Joshy of Studio Nirvana, “The balcony is the same size as the inside, a monument to the equal inward- and outward-looking aspect of the residence.” It has a wooden deck covered by an awning, soft lighting, and plenty of vegetation, making it the ideal place to entertain friends for a sundowner or enjoy a Sunday brunch.
2. A Stylish Deck Created For Outdoor Eating
Jannat Vasi intended for this balcony to be stylish and multi-purpose. The show-stopping swing by Pieces of Desire is shown here. The pair usually eats outside on this table and benches to take advantage of Bengaluru’s beautiful weather throughout the year, according to Vasi. The length of the railing is lined with white river pebbles for safety, and a floating glass ledge has been added next to it to store refreshments for entertaining.
3. A Balcony with Magnificent Views
This bachelor apartment in Mumbai has a balcony that extends into the living area and showcases stunning Arabian Sea views. With wood and marble floors, a custom swing made by P.O.D., and exquisite, basic décor, the sea is still the centerpiece of the room.
4. A Balcony Where Brutalism Meets Tropical Flourishes
The exterior areas of this Tollywood actor’s Hyderabad house in Jubilee Hills were thoughtfully planted by The Pinewood Studio, fusing form and function. A distinctive mild-steel pergola that protrudes like a wave from the south balcony has cut-out titles of each movie the actor has been in. A distinctive pattern is created by the dramatic textural shadows the pergola produces on the ground below it, and it changes throughout the day as the sun moves across the sky.
