A commercial flight Airbus A330, with over 326 passengers on board, was forced to make an emergency landing after the pilot accidentally spilled coffee on the control panel damaging audio controls. The plane that took flight from Frankfurt had to land in Ireland. The pilot had kept his coffee on a tray table where objects are “vulnerable to being knocked over,” the report by UK’s Air Accidents Investigation Branch said.
