Akshay Kumar’s mother Aruna Bhatia died today in Mumbai. On 3rd September, she got admitted to Hiranandani Hospital (Mumbai) and was in a critical condition. Akshay Kumar took on Twitter to share the news. He wrote, “I feel an unbearable pain at the very core of my existence.”

The actor cut his UK trip and returned back to Mumbai as he heard the news of her mother ill health. Akshay Kumar wrote in his message that “Touched beyond words at your concern for my mom’s health. This is a very tough hour for me and my family. Every single prayer of yours would greatly help (sic).”
