SBI New Guidelines Customers Need To Follow

SBI new guidelines to follow for interrupted banking services. Here is some important news for the SBI customers to follow to continue using banking services. Banking services will be interrupted if the customers do not follow the rules. This update is going to concern 40 crore users atleast. The new update is that “ SBI customers will need to link their PAN with their Aadhaar before 31st March 2022”. Now the customers need to complete this important task before the due date. If not then the banking services can be stopped by SBI.

SBI’s recent tweet says “ We advise our customers to link their PAN with Aadhaar to avoid any inconvenience and continue enjoying a seamless banking service”.

SBI expressed that linking PAN with your Aadhaar is a mandatory process for all customers. No exceptions are allowed. So it is a request from the customers to link their PAN with Aadhaar to enjoy fluent banking services.

Here are the steps for the customers to link their PAN and Aadhaar Card easily:

  • Go to the Official Government website www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
  • Just click on the Option saying “Link Aadhaar”
  • Then the new page will appear, just fill in the PAN and Aadhaar details.
  • If only your date of birth is mentioned on your Aadhaar then click the box which says ‘I have only year of birth in Aadhaar card’.
  • Now verify yourself by filling the captcha codes and selecting OTP.
  • For the final step select the link Aadhaar button and your PAN and Aadhaar will be linked.
