Helping Women unleash the business potential in them a group of Pune based entrepreneurs has come with an all-women messaging group for businesswomen. The group named Women of Wonder Group, or WOW, is being run on the Telegram messenger app.
The group was started in 2015 by Shilpa Venkat and connected small women entrepreneurs and buyers from all over the city. In the past 4-5 years, the group has facilitated many stay-at-home mothers to start small businesses. The group that was initially started with 12 members on WhatsApp now has over 1800 active members aging between 20 to 60 years of age.

The group has a regular business engagement and members get consistent business orders. The group occasionally holds flea markets where group members can sell their products and expand their business.
