In a one of its kind incident, a baby was born without eyes, nose and a part of skull. The incident is reported from a city in Portugal. Parents of the baby named ” Rodrigo” were not aware of there son’s abnormalities.

Negligence of Doctor is sighted as the main cause behind this abnormal birth. During the ultrasound the obstetrician didn’t identify these abnormalities and assured the parents that the child was healthy.

The medical council has voted to suspend the doctor for his negligence.
