BMW has filed a patent for its latest technology that will let its electric bikes charge through their kickstand when they are on a standstill. In the picture, one could notice the kickstand placed on a charging pad, which itself is plugged into a wall to allow wireless charging capabilities.

With this tech on paper, the German manufacturer is all set to venture into wireless charging for e-vehicles. Though wireless charging is a common feature on devices like cell phones, adapting the same for vehicles will set the bar high for the upcoming e-vehicles.
