Bank of Baroda is inviting interested and eligible candidates to apply for the BOB recruitment drive 2023 for Business Correspondent Supervisor on a contract basis. The eligible candidates can apply for this recruitment drive through an online process via the official website.

BOB Recruitment Drive 2023 Details

Age Limit

• “The maximum age for retired bank officers continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.”
• “The age limit for the young candidates should be 21-45 years at the time of appointment.”
• “Maximum age for young candidates for a continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.”

Contract Period

“As stated in the official notification, the engagement is made on a contract basis, and the selected candidates will be appointed for up to 36 months, subject to annual review. The place of posting will be Valsad.”

Salary Details

“The selected candidates will be paid monthly on fixed and variable components. The selected candidates will get a variable component of Rs.10000 and a fixed component of Rs.15000.”

Selection Criteria

“According to the official notification, the candidates will be selected based on an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. There will be no TA/DA paid for attending the interview.”
