A case against former Supreme Court employee who complained against the CJI Gogoi was closed by a Delhi court here on Thursday. The decision of the court comes after the filing of the closure report by Delhi Police in alleged cheating case against the employee. In April the women employee of SC leveled allegations of sexual harassment against CJI.
