A recent incident is disgusting beyond anything. A police offer from Uttar Pradesh was caught on camera masturbating before a woman complainant. The station house officer Bhishm Pal Singh in Deoria district is the culprit. The video of Singh doing the act recorded by the woman complainant only.
The woman said that she visited the police station several times with her parents to get a complaint filed. “I want him to accept his mistake. When he did this for the first two times, I kept quiet. The third time he did this, I recorded the video. If a police officer does this, how will people get justice? We are trying that such an incident does not happen again “, said the woman.

As the news broke out the cop went missing and the state police announced a reward of Rs 25,000. “A first information report has been filed against him (the police officer) that mentions serious charges. The cop is already suspended. Action would be taken against him“, said Sripati Mishra SP Deoria Police. Notably, the suspended cop has earlier faced suspension in various cases.
