Congress Government In Rajasthan Shows Majority Strength As Deputy CM Sachin Pilot And His MLAs Refuse To Come For Meeting

While the nation is suffering from the worst phase of pandemic politicians are busy toppling and saving the government. The Rajasthan political crisis which has been the talk due to Deputy Chief Minister, Sachin Pilot hinting that he is parting ways with his loyal MLAs has now reached to show of strength by CM Ashok Gehlot in his residence.

On Monday Chief Minister (CM) Ashok Gehlot call in the media to show the strength of the majority his government has. He presented 102 MLAs in front of media showing that he still has the majority in the 200 seats sate assembly. While Congress blamed BJP of horse-trading the generation gap in the party was visible after Madhya Pradesh’s Scindia crisis and loss of government.

The show of strength comes after Pilot refused to come for Congress party meet at CM Gehlot’s residence in Jaipur. With 102 MLAs on his side at the moment, it looks that Mr. Gehlot is able to save his government even after Pilot moving away. Pilot claimed that he has the support of 30 MLAs and can topple the government.

However, that party is looking to persuade Pilot so that things can get normal. Senior party leader Randeep Singh Surjewala said that in case of any differences the party’s high command’s doors are open for every one including Sachin Pilot.
