The Covid cases in India are increasing day by day. On Thursday, India has reported 343,144 fresh Covid cases and 4,000 deaths. The country has logged 4,000 deaths for the third day in a row. However, the top five Indian states with maximum cases are Maharashtra with 42,582 cases, Kerala with 39,955 cases, Karnataka with 35,297 cases, Tamil Nadu with 30,621 cases, and Andhra Pradesh with 22,399 cases.
These five states have reported 49.79% of the new cases. Apart from this, Maharashtra alone has 12.41% of the new cases. In the last 24 hours, India has reported 4,000 deaths. Out of these, Maharashtra shows the maximum casualty with 850 deaths, followed by Karnataka with 344 deaths.
