Indian cricketer and commentator ‘Harbhajan Singh’ is all set to start his new innings in acting. The off-spinner is all set to play the male lead in an upcoming Tamil film. The movie starring Singh is titled ‘Friendship’.
Singh tweeted the poster of the movie with a caption in ‘Tamil’. This would be the first time a mainstream cricketer would be playing a lead role in a movie. Produced by JPR and Stalin the movie would be released in four languages and is expected to hit theatres this summer.

Interestingly Harbhajan’s wife Geeta Basra is also an actress and has acted in Bollywood movies like “The Train”.
