NCB To Question Deepika Padukone On Friday, Sara Ali Khan On Saturday

The drug probe by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) aiming to hunt down the drug racket in the Bollywood is branching with big names being summoned for allegedly consuming and procuring drugs. Days after Rhea Chakraborty, as per the reports, named Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh to have had consumed drugs, the NCB is all set to question them.

Also, actors including Deepika Padukone and Shraddha Kapoor have also been summoned by the NCB and will now be questioned by the same.

As per a report by NDTV, actress Rakul Preet Singh will be questioned today (September 24) while Deepika Padukone has been summoned on Friday. Moreover, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor will be questioned on Saturday.

However, actress Rakul Preet’s team has said that she has “not received alleged summons” thus won’t appear at NCB’s office today.

Deepika has been summoned after talent agency executive Jaya Saha’s phone revealed a WhatsApp drug chat between one “D” and “K” on arranging drugs. NCB believes that ‘D’ in the chat is Deepika and ‘K’ is her business manager Karishma Prakash went viral. In the chat, the two were allegedly talking about drugs with ‘D’ asking ‘K’ “maal hai kya?”

Shraddha Kapoor’s name also popped up in the chats retrieved from Jaya Saha, who is being questioned too.

Meanwhile, Rhea Chakraborty was arrested recently after 59-gram of marijuana belonging to her was seized during searches in Mumbai. She has been accused of arranging drugs for Sushant Singh Rajput.
