After over 2 days of drama, Congress party has come clear on the Sachin Pilot issue. After persuading and trying to convince the Deputy CM Pilot Congress on Tuesday decided to remove him from both the posts. That is the post of Deputy CM and the post of Rajasthan PCC Chief.
Senior party leader and Congress spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala announced to the press today. Govind Singh Dotasra appointed is appointed new PCC Chief in place of Pilot. Along with Pilot, two more ministers of Rajasthan cabinet who are said to be close to Pilot are removed. “I regret that Sachin Pilot and some of his associates have been swayed by BJP’s plot and are now conspiring to topple the Congress govt elected by 8 crore Rajasthanis. It is unacceptable“, said Surjewala.

Vishvender Singh & Ramesh Meena removed as Ministers. Youth congress president of the Rajasthan state has also been removed from the past. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot who showed a majority of 102 MLAs support in yesterday’s press conference has moved to the governor of Rajasthan Kalraj Mishra.
He is there to ensure the governor majority of his government after the rebel of Sachin Pilot and might have called for the floor test. Through floor test, the Congress party’s Gehlot government want’s to prove the majority with 102 legislators’ support.
The majority mark in the 200 seats legislative assembly is 101. That is Gehlot has just managed to get the majority if he proves his majority on the floor. Meanwhile, BJP who also conducted a party meeting on Tuesday in regards to Rajasthan has kept a keen eye on the matter. Though Pilot has said he would not move to BJP after his removal from posts this can be a possibility.

Further, there is also a possibility that Pilot would be going on to make a new party of his own. Such things have been done by rebel politicians in the past as well. At the moment all eyes are on CM Gehlot who is trying to save the Madhya Pradesh like crisis for his government and stay in power. More updates in the matter are to come and we would update you.
