“Aliens” In A 12-Million Times Watched Video Turn Out To be…

If you ever bumped into an alien in your life, (that might have been scary, anyways) then we are sorry to break it you, you were mistaken (sorry not sorry). Ever heard of akho ka Dhoka? Same. And here is the proof for you.

A video from 2017 is currently trending on Twitter that showcases two white creatures with big eyes who look crepey enough. However, when netizens learned who they actually are, they were left awww.

The creatures filmed in the video are not extraterrestrial beings but actually, simply eastern barn owls. Yea, apocalypse ain’t coming.

I’m now positive that people who claim to have seen aliens have actually just seen baby owls,” wrote Twitter user Daniel Holland while sharing the video.

As per Daily Mail, the video was filmed at a construction site in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, over two years ago.

“Their heart-shaped faces and downward beaks are characteristics of the species. When birds get attention, they tend to be observant in behaviour, which is probably why the birds look alarmed,” explained Nehru Zoological Park curator Shivani Dongre to Daily Mail.

“As it was a construction site, the birds were on a flat surface. If they had a surface to grip on, we could have seen them perch,” she added.
