Setting a good example, an ex-minister in Madhya Pradesh made his son collect garbage with other municipal workers after he reportedly misbehaved with the cops on duty.
BJP leader and former minister Pradhmun Singh Tomar’s son, Ripudaman, misbehaved with the cops when he was stopped and questioned for moving around without a mask. He was returning from a veterinary clinic.
As per a Times Of India report, he not only argued with the cops but also threatened them of dire consequences. “Call this constable to the bungalow and tell who I am,” he was heard saying.
Later in the evening, his father took him to the same spot and paid Rs. 100 as fine and also apologised to the cops on behalf of his son. To teach him a lesson on how humans should treat humans, he also made his son clean the roads.
Later, the son apologised to the policemen for his misdemeanor. He said sorry adding that he regrets being disrespectful to the cops who have been selflessly doing their duty and keeping everyone safe.
In times when even the Army is saluting the corona warriors, it is our duty that we too treat them with respect.
Policemen in these times have not only shown sheer bravery but also have offered emotional support to many people. Look at this video and you will understand a lot.
More power to these heroes.
