Let us remember these famous Bollywood celebrities whose place cannot be replaced by anyone. They will forever be remembered for their outstanding skills. And we thank them for giving us some of the most inspiring movies and dialogues.
Om puri (Age 66, died on Jan 6, 2017)
The last movie of Om Puri that I remember is ‘Oh my god‘. He appeared in the movie for a very short time. And even in that screen time he added one more dialogue to his list of famous dialogues ‘Mazhab insanon ke liye banta hai.. Mazhab ke liye insaan nahi bante‘
He was found dead at his residence due to heart attack. He was honored at the prestigious Academy awards. His last movie was Salman Khan starrer ‘Tubelight’ which was released after his demise.
Sridevi (Age 54, died on Feb 24, 2018)
This is the most recent demise in Bollywood. Sridevi is referred to as Bollywood’s first female superstar. She had done 300 films in her career, and the last one being ‘Mom’. She was found dead on 24 February 2018 in her hotel room. Cause of her death was unclear.
Reema Lagoo (Age 58, died on May 18, 2017)
We lost Reema Lagoo due to cardiac arrest. After she finished her shooting, she complained about chest pain and later that night was taken to hospital. She died few hours later after being admitted.
Amrish Puri (Age 72, died on Jan 12, 2005)
One of the most successful villains of Bollywood. He has given us so many movies and so many characters that we as 90s kid will never forget.
Does his voice ring in your ears while reading this. If yes, then “Mogambo khush hua”!
Amrish Puri did more than 400 films during his career. He was suffering from a rare kind of blood cancer due to which He died in 2005.
Sadashiv Amrapurkar (Age 64, died on Nov 3, 2014)
Who doesn’t remember him wearing Shervanis from movie ‘Ishq’. Sadashiv Amrapurkar developed a lung inflammation in October 2014. He was hospitalized as his condition worsened thereafter and died few days later.
Neeraj Vora (Age 54, died on Dec 14, 2017)
Did you know that he was the writer of the famous 90s movie Rangeela?
Apart from starring in many movies, he also directed ‘Hera Pheri 2’. He suffered a stroke in 2016 due to which he went to coma. He was in coma for about a year and died in 2017.
Razzak Khan (Age 65, died on Jun 1, 2016)
One of his movies Welcome M1LL10NS is still in making and is set to release in 2018. His last movie was ‘Kyaa kool hain hum 3’. His cause of death was heart attack and we lost him on June 1 2016.
Irrespective of them being no more with us, their movies, their voices, their dialogues will always be remembered whenever their name will be spoken.
