In new directives amidst the pandemic, the Delhi government has revised the COVID-19 guidelines. In the new guidelines, the Aam Adami Party government has capped the maximum number of people at a gathering for social/religious/cultural events or weddings and funerals at 200.
The 200 limit is in case the function or whatever is being conducted in a closed hall. However, there is no capping on the maximum limit, if it is an open space.
Also, schools in Delhi will reopen from February 5 for classes 9 and 11 students as well as degree diploma institutions, including polytechnics and ITIs. On January 18, the Delhi government had reopened schools for classes for 10 and 12. For Classes 6 to 8, school timings have been fixed between 10 am to 1.30 pm.

However, the government made it clear that no film shall be screened in containment zones. Further, the government allowed the states and union territories consider “proposing additional measures” as per their requirement.
