Hollywood’s biggest night that honours the best of the best in the entertainment industry was upon us and damm!! it was a night to remember. The star-studded night got many on feet, especially the nominees because some of them won an Oscar for their efforts despite the fact that they might not have expected the same (keeping in mind the history of Oscars).
And if you haven’t guessed it yet, yes I am talking about the best picture, which is, Parasite. The Oscars voters went for people’s choice Parasite making it the first-ever foreign-language film in the ceremony’s 92-year history to take the top prize.
Besides the best movie, Parasite also won the Oscar for the best director for Bong Joon-ho, the best international feature film and the best original screenplay.
