As the tensions between India and Nepal are on a high at the bi-lateral level the common citizens have started to face the heat. The recent remark by Prime Minister of Nepal K.P. Sharma Oli that Lord Ram Was Nepali Not Indian, India Created Fake Ayodhya has irked the people in India.

The result of it has come in face of assaulting of a Nepali Youth by the Vishva Hindu Sena (VHS). The incident has come to light from Varanasi. The Hindu group forcibly shaved the youth’s head and wrote ‘Shri Ram’ on his bald head. Further, the people from the group made the youth chant slogans in their favor. The Nepali youth was also asked to raise slogans in support of India, Lord Ram, and slogans against Nepali PM.

The video of the incident was also made by the group and the pictures along with video went viral on social media. As the videos went viral the police came in action. An FIR is registered against the organization’s head and certain members involved are arrested. Before undertaking the act the VHS put a poster outside the Nepali temple located in the Chowk area of Varanasi on Thursday morning as per reports from The State.
The poster said that Nepal’s PM should withdraw the statement against Prabhu Shriram, otherwise it will result in India Living Nepalis will have to suffer. India has been a place of livelihood for many Nepalis as a result of the cordial relations between the 2 nations. However, the recent political tensions are now effecting the common citizens which should be seized.
