Use these toll-free numbers-,1860-180-1290, or 39-02-02-02, to cancel your SBI credit card account. You can personally call the SBI helpline number to cancel your Credit Cards and they will process your application within a few business days.

By Writing to SBI:

You can write your request to cancel your SBI credit card at this address: SBI Card, PO- Bag 28, GPO, New Delhi-110001.

In addition to your request, you will need to write: your full name, address, card number, and contact details. But remember to stop yourself from mentioning your crucial details like CVV, card number and PIN.

Once your request is submitted and approved you can cut your credit card diagonally. Remember that all the add-on cards availed by you will also get cancelled automatically.
