Headache is something that we all have suffered from more than once in life. It gets unbearable when you start having them frequently. It makes you uncomfortable and makes it difficult to do even simplest of daily things. Some people have daily headaches while some have recurring ones. Both these situations need to be addressed if you want to have a good day.

Headaches can be a reason due to which you are unable to perform well at work or you are having trouble managing your house. They can also hamper your relationship with your partner as you tend to go in a nagging mode once headache punches itself in. Such situations can lead to frequent anxiety attacks because you get a feeling that you cannot put your life together.

Headaches can be of various types for example; migraine, cluster, persistent or tension headache. Most of us start getting headaches because we take stress too much and do not resolve our problems. Get Enough Sleep

Sleep is very essential for physical and mental well-being of a person. You need to have 8 hours of sleep everyday and your sleeping hours should be fixed. Alcohol can be a trigger for those who have migraine problem. If you are having headaches after consuming alcohol then you might be having migraine. Alcohol does vasodilation which widens blood vessels and causes headache in person. Alcohol also removes fluids and electrolytes from your body causing dehydration. This can be a common cause of daily headaches.

Drink Lots Of Water

We tend to drink less water because of poor habits and insufficient water can cause dehydration. Dehydration is a common cause of headaches in many people. If you are getting headache, try drinking lots of water. It will help with your headache in 30 mins.

Drink Tea Rich In Antioxidants

Green tea, ginger tea and chamomile tea are rich in anti oxidants and they also have anti-inflammatory properties. In case if you have migraine headaches then you should try drinking ginger tea regularly. It will also keep your metabolism strong and will calm your nerves in stress.

Do Exercise Daily

Exercise helps you in managing weight, flexibility and also helps you to relieve stress. If you exercise in a disciplined manner then you will not have headaches. If not completely then frequency of the headaches will become low.
