In an unusual kind of seizure done by custom officials, a human brain was found inside a jar. The incident is reported from the US-Canada border. Customs and border protection officers discovered a human brain in Port Huron, Michigan on Friday.
The jar was found inside a Canadian mail truck entering the U.S. While inspecting the truck the officials came across a shipment manifested as an ‘Antique Teaching Specimen.’ The brain was kept inside a clear glass mason jar. As per reports, no documents were found along with the jar that would have allowed it to be brought into the country legally.

“Individuals looking to import shipments such as this, need to remember that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has a strict Import Permit Program that must be adhered to”, said area port director Michael Fox. The shipment originated from Toronto, Ontario, and was destined for Kenosha, Wisconsin.
