Treat animals right and they won’t turn their back on you. And this video is a sheer example of the same. When even a sight of a snake-like cobra can scare us to the core, a forset officer in this video offered water to the snake and also made sure he has enough of it.
An old video posted by Twitter user IAS Awanish Sharan shows a brave forest officer offering water to a cobra. “Old video: Forest officer offering water to a thirsty cobra. Haven’t seen anything like this before,” wrote the IAS officer while sharing the video.
The video has the officer squatting down in front of a cobra and offering it water like it’s a normal job. Then the cobra comes closer and starts drinking water from the bottle. The officer even gestures the snake to bend down its head in order to have proper access to the water.

I am reminded of an incident where in a lady removed a thorn from a cobra without any fear. The snake gave a boon saying for next 3 or 7 generations I forget which ladies in her family will be a Sumangali. My eldest sister narrated this incident to me and She died a Sumangali.
