ICICI Bank has announced that over 1 million customers are using its iMobile Pay App in just three months of release. This app is ready to use by all the customers who are or who are not the customers of ICICI. With the huge increase in the number of its users, the ICICI Bank anticipated that this count is likely to double in a couple of months.
To use ICICI ‘iMobile Pay’, users must create a UPI ID and link it to the bank account and enjoy making transactions to any merchants or UPI ID, do online recharges, pay bills, and transfer money, digital wallet, and payment app. Additionally, the users can open a savings account, apply for a credit card, or apply for a home loan among other banking services of ICICI Bank.
Bijith Bhaskar, Head- Digital Channels & Partnership, ICICI Bank said – “We developed ‘iMobile’ into ‘iMobile Pay’ app three months ago. The key aim of this app was to offer continuous payments and digital banking services to customers of any bank.”
In addition to the above statement, he added that we are humbled to announce that over a million customers of other banks are also using our iMobile app. Our app includes several amazing and advanced features. To this great extent, we expect that the count of iMobile Pay App customers will get doubled in the coming two months.
