India Ready To Face England in Pune: Ind vs England ODI Series

New Delhi: After Test and T20Is, it’s the time for three ODI match series, Ind vs England. India will take on England in the first ODI match on Tuesday (March 23). After spending time at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, the action shifts to Pune. The three ODIs will be played at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune.

India would certainly are in high spirits after winning the Test and T20I series. On the other hand, England will be looking to learn from the mistakes done in the last few matches and give their best in Ind vs England ODI series.

Virat Kohli started the T20I series on a low note, but found his form back and won the Player of the Series title. It is just a three-match series and both the team want to start with a winning note. However, the match will begin at 1.30 PM IST.

England might be looking to give opportunities to some players who did not feature in the last series against India. With Chris Woakes, Joe Root, and Jofra Archer missing 1st ODI for reasons of injury and rest, there will be chances for Reece Topley, Sam Billings, and Liam Livingstone.

India is also missing Mohammad Shami, Jasprit Bumrah, and Ravindra Jadeja for Ind vs England ODI series. Krunal Pandya and Suryakumar Yadav could get make a debut to ODI. Each of these players would like to leave a positive show on the selectors.
