Indian Team Got WhatsApp Account, BCCI Announced on Social Media

BCCI announced, on the official X (formerly Twitter) platform, “Team India is now on WhatsApp Channels. Stay connected for the latest updates, exclusive photos and behind-the-scenes content.”

However, do not think that someone will reply to your message. This is the official WhatsApp channel account of the Indian Cricket team. But fans can enjoy being closer to the Indian team. Every single update about the team in real-time will be sent directly to their phones.

This will eradicate the need for the fans to search Google or visit the websites to get updates, announcements, and other info related to the team.

Preparations for Asia Cup Final

Indian Cricket team is currently under the leadership of Rohit Sharma and is preparing for the finals of Asia Cup 2023. They have booked their spot in the final after defeating Sri Lanka in their second match of the Super 4. For the record, the first match was against Pakistan, in which they swiped the team swiftly. Then they sided with Nepal in the next match and again clashed with Pakistan in the Super 4 clash and thrashed them. Further, Sri Lanka gave us tough competition in the recent match, but we won this, too, by 41 runs.

“India next faces Shakib Al Hasan’s Bangladesh. Tigers have had a horrid tournament and are already out of the tournament. Bangladesh will be playing for pride, looking to finish the tournament on a high. At the same time, India will be treating this match as a practice game before the final,” mentioned Zeenews India.
