Indian Railways is all set to add to your experience of traveling on trains with its brand new double-decker train coach. The Rail Coach Factory (RCF) in Kapurthala rolled out on Wednesday a semi high-speed double-decker coach that can run at a top speed of up to 160 kilometres per hour (kmph), the Railways said.
With this production, the RCF has become the only firm to make such coaches in India. The coach can house as many as 120 passengers.
The double-deck train coach comes attached with prime facilities including, plush interiors, overhead luggage rack, mobile and laptop charging sockets, GPS-based passenger information system and LED lights and more.

Moreover, the train coach has additional facilities like:
Passenger Information System
Fire and Smoke Detection
