Indians Can Now Visit And Explore Masai Mara Safari Without A Visa

Kenya will remove visa restrictions for overseas tourists beginning January 1, 2024, which will likely boost the country’s key tourism economy. This change would give travellers a smoother travel experience, allowing them to enjoy animal safaris and beach vacations without worrying about acquiring a visa.

President William Ruto announced a ceremony marking Kenya’s 60th anniversary of independence from the United Kingdom. President William Ruto said, “No one from any corner of the world will need to undergo the burden of visa application to visit Kenya.”

Kenya will create a digital platform for electronic travel authorisation to streamline entrance procedures and eliminate the need for traditional visa applications.

It should be noted that the Kenyan government earlier eliminated visa requirements for nationals of other African Union (AU) member countries, coinciding with the AU’s goal to encourage visa-free travel across the continent.
