The coronavirus death rate in India rose to ‘4’ as per recent reports. The patient who has died was from Punjab. The Union Health Ministry of health informed about the same on Thursday.
More updates on it are awaited. Meanwhile, the total number of cases in the country soared to 175. The Punjab government has already announced shut down measures in the state. The public transport in the state is also going to shut down from tomorrow.

The person who has been reported dead was an elderly (senior citizen). He has said to have had conditions like diabetes. He was also suffering from cardiac issues.
The information was given by the Union Ministry of Health. So, far 1 death each has been reported from Maharashtra, Delhi, Karnataka and Punjab. All the 4 dead are senior citizens.
