IPL 2021 News: Remaining Matches Likely To Resume On September 19 In UAE

The halted Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 once again likely to resume in the United Arab Emirates in September just like the IPL 2020. BCCI suspended IPL 2021 due to Covid-19 upsurge. However, IPL 2021 expected to resume from September 19 or 20 and the final will take place on October 10.

In addition to this, Players from England and India playing the Test series on September 14 will travel to Dubai on September 15th. Also, they will go under quarantine 3 days before the tournament begins again.

Boria Majumdar said, “IPL expected to resume around September 19 or 20 in the UAE, final on October 10. The Indian cricket board will not request or ask the ECB to change the itinerary. Players are expected to travel from England to Dubai on Sept. 15, it will be a bubble to bubble transfer and will be in quarantine for 3 days.”
