3 Years Since It’s Launch Jio Is The Largest Telecom Provider In The Country

Started with a revolutionizing trend in the telecom industry with the concept of “unlimited free calling” and “unlimited free internet” Jio has emerged as the largest telecom service provider in the country leaving behind its competitors like Airtel.

As per the recent data from the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Jio has the largest subscriber base as well as revenue market share amongst all the service providers in the country.

Backed by India’s richest man and businessman Mukesh Ambani the service provider added 5.6 million mobile subscribers in November, taking its total user base to 369.93 million. Doing so Jio replaced Vodafone Idea Ltd to gain the top spot.
