Kangana Ranaut recently joined Arnab Goswami for her first interview post-Sushant Singh Rajput’s death to talk about the nepotism prevailing in Bollywood and how it led to the ‘murder’ of Sushant Singh Rajput. During the interview, she made various revelations that will make you think if SSR’s death was really a suicide or a planned play that forced him to take the step.

Kangana has forever been vocal about nepotism, which has got her many haters in the industry with time. And she does make mention of the same while speaking to Arnab.

She furthers goes on to reveal how the industry, as a notorious clan, neglects you if you don’t abide by the wish of even one of the members of the clan. She reveals that she has been told by Aditya Chopra that her future will be over if she rejects his films.

Kangana adds that there are four people that rule the industry and if you reject even one of them, others team up to ensure you have no work thereafter and the same happened with Sushant.

She says that Sushant was working with Yash Raj Films thus had a deal with Aditya Chopra. Aditya Chopra wouldn’t let him do films outside YRF with other directors including Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Aditya Chopra had promised him films like Paani and one with director Shekhar Kapur but both of them were cancelled because of Sushant’s ‘big showdown’ with Aditya Chopra.

She further goes on to tear into Karan Johar. She said Karan, one among the four aforementioned directors, couldn’t digest the success of MS Dhoni: The Untold Story. So he cast SSR in Drive to ruin his fandom.

It is well understood if you understand it this way. Like why Karan would not release a movie in theatres when SSR had just given a superhit and is in trend?

She also says how blunt films like Gully Boy received so many awards and publicity but Chhichhore won less to no acknowledgment.

When Sushant noticed the plot against him, he urged fans his next, Sonchiriya, as he was scared that if the movie fails, he would be thrown out of the Bollywood.
