As a mark of protest towards detention of state’s political leaders post abrogation of Article 370 the J&K unit of Indian National Congress (INC) has decided to boycott local body polls in J&K. Congress J&K chief GA Mir said the Election Commission of India should have consulted with political parties before deciding on conducting the polls.
