Popular singer Madonna has made a bizarre revelations about her healthy life. She shared a video of her post-show routine which includes a 3 AM ice bath followed by a cup of her own urine.
The video is posted on Madonna’s Instagram TV page which shows her holding a cup with yellow colour liquid. She also wrote, “Shall we start an ice bath challenge? 41 degrees. Best treatment for injuries”.

Interestingly this is not the first time that Madonna has been using her Urine for treatments. She earlier admitted of having urinated on her own feet to ward off athlete’s foot.
