Recently, Virat Kohli threw a fitness challenge at our PM Narendra Modi.
As we all know, how uber-cool our PM is, he went ahead and enthusiastically accepted the challenge.
Even though it took him almost a month to take out time to record his video, he eventually did. (I mean …common …he has millions of tasks to do!!)
Here are moments from my morning exercises. Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature – Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice
breathing exercises. #HumFitTohIndiaFit pic.twitter.com/km3345GuV2— Narendra Modi (@narendramodi) June 13, 2018
On Wednesday, he posted a one-and-a-half minute fitness regime video in which he was seen walking on a five-element nature inspired track, meditating and performing yoga exercises.
Not only did he complete the task, he passed on this fitness challenge to Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy, Minika Batra (tennis-player) and IPS officers. He emphasized the fact that those above the age group of 40 should definitely practice this regimen for a good health.
And if you folks don’t know who started this challenge, let me tell you!
This challenge was first initiated by the Union Minister Raghavendra Rathore.
As the fourth International yoga day is approaching, PM Modi is trying to share his love for yoga as much as he can. He also shared a 3D video of him showcasing the Nadi Shodhan Pranayam – “Anulom Vilom” yoga exercise.
आज मैं ‘ध्यान’ पर एक वीडियो शेयर कर रहा हूं। नियमित ध्यान करने के बहुत सारे लाभ हैं। #4thYogaDay pic.twitter.com/bA8lQAuWB5

On 21st June, the international Yoga day will be celebrated and we sure hope India creates yet another world records like it did in 2015.
For those of you who don’t know about what record are we referring to here?
Two world records were created on June 21- 2015, when PM Modi led 35,985 people at Rajpath and recorded the largest yoga class ever!!
Now that’s what we call a ‘swagger move’!!
