Bollywood’s Bhaijan Salman Khan’s most awaited movie Dabangg 3 finally hit the theaters today. Movie buffs flooded the theaters to see the popular star in his “Chulbul Pandey” avtaar.
The movie that stars Sonakshi Sinha and debutant Saiee Manjrekar in lead is the third installment of Salman’s Dabangg franchise. With Rani Mukerji’s Maardani 2 hitting the theaters last week the audience got to see two back to back movies with the protagonists essaying the role of cops.
Where Rani got praises and love for her performance here’s what the public thinks about Salman’s Dabangg 3.
Like the other two Dabangg’s, Dabangg 3 is also a masala entertainer. Salman Khan’s larger-than-life, lovable cop role is as expected the center of the movie. His chemistry with Rajjo (Sonakshi) and masti with Makkhi (Arbaaz Khan) has been a constant element for Dabangg and continues in the 3rd installment of the movie as well.
Kannada superstar Kichcha Sudeep as villain Balli is subtle in his performance. The presence of Sudeep and the release of the movie in three south-Indian languages is sure to help the movie up its business down south.
Sonakshi as Rajjo is in a similar kind of tone as we saw her in the earlier two Dabangg’s. Saiee Manjrekar who makes her debut as young Chulbul’s lady love has a pleasant screen presence. She is effective in her performance.
With a mixed bag reviews from the audience, we can say that Dabangg 3 is your regular “Salman style” entertainer that can be your one time watch. If you are a Salman fan then we don’t need to give you reasons to go and watch the movie.
