While many businessmen are cutting salaries of employees or are firing them amidst pandemic one of them is caring for them. An NRI (Non-resident Indian) businessman has set an example with his act. Sharjah-based Indian businessman R Hari Kumar is the one we are talking about.
Kumar has gone out of the way to show how the employees of the company which are its backbone shall be treated. The businessman who hails from Kerala set his business aside and prioritized sending home of his employees amidst pandemic. He hired a chartered plane to ferry them back home.
He has sent 120 of his employees who were stranded in Sharjah back to Kerala, India. Further, he offered employees the opportunity to stay back in India and work at the company’s branch in Tamil Nadu if they did not wish to return to the United Arab Emirates.
Kumar who is the chairman of the Elite group also send 50 other people on the flight who wanted to go home after losing their jobs in the UAE. This Nobel act by the Kumar has shown how the employer and employee relations are maintained in a real sense.
