Back in August, PUBG Corp. executive TS Jang had teased a revamped version of the Erangel map namely, Erangel 2.0. Jang, while teasing the same, has said the new map version would be launched soon and looks like we are close to the official launch of the same.
According to a promo video posted on YouTube by Ghost Gaming, the new map could be released somewhere in December this year and would entail an array of changes.
The new map would come tucked along with visible changes to the look and feel of the map, new game modes and guns.
On the first look of the promo, players can be seen dropping on the new map which, looks crispier than Erangel 1.0. The pine trees and grass in a player’s vicinity look more realistic than ever before, which would certainly up a player’s experience with the game.
Other leaks suggest that windows would consist of glasses, which are a part of the PC’s version of the game.
Moreover, the video also gives an early look at some of the upcoming in-game costumes and various skins including Halloween themed items.
