Pusarla Venkata Sindhu aka PV Sindhu, the star badminton player of India has won her first ever Singapore Open title. Double Olympic medalist Sindhu lifted the Singapore Open trophy by defeating Wang Zhi Yi from China on Sunday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to his Twitter handle to congratulate Sindhu on her historic win. ”I congratulate @Pvsindhu1on winning her first ever Singapore Open title.
