No matter what the doctors tell us when our loved one is in the hospital, our ears wait for the good news. However, not everyone is lucky enough to get one.
Sadly, when the news is about a globally celebrated personality, it does not come as a shock to just the family but the family that person created worldwide. So is the case with Raju Srivastava.
He left this world, his family and fans in tears on the morning of the 21st September 2022, in the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) in New Delhi.
Demise of the Beloved Comedian Raju Srivastava
At the not-so-old age of 58, he suffered a cardiac arrest on the 10th August 2022 while running on the treadmill in his South Delhi gym. He was also complaining about the uneasiness while on the way to the hospital, but who thinks of the worse in such times.
Forty One (41) days later, the doctors declared him dead at 10:20 AM on 21st September 2022.
A Peek into the Personal Life: Satya Prakash Srivastava
Professionally known as Raju Srivastava, Satya Prakash Srivastava was born on 25th December 1963 in the Kanpur city of Uttar Pradesh, in a middle class family. His father, Mr Ramesh Chandra Srivastava, was a poet, which probably gave Raju the inspiration to become a stage artist.

With the spark in his eyes to become the greatest comedian of all time, Satya urf Raju made a breakthrough in his career at a stand-up comedy talent hunt show, ‘The Great Indian Laughter Challenge’. Since then, he has never looked back.
He carved himself a spot in the entertainment world with his unique set of jokes which were totally different from the rest of comedians. His jokes were clean, had no double meanings and were picked right from our lives so we could connect with them the most.
There is no way we will hear a new joke from this memorable comedian or see a new act by his best-known stage character Gajodhar.

What is Left Behind?
Satya was married to this amazing woman Shikha Srivastava in the year 1993. They have two beautiful children together, named Aayushmaan Srivastava and Antra Srivastav. Everybody from his family is left with a void that can never be filled.
They and all his fans have to live in this world without him, his cheerful voice and bubbly personality for the rest of the breaths they will take.
