As you might be lost in your ‘childhood nostalgia’ sitting inside your home in lockdown a treat from those days is here. The iconic ‘Ramayan’ is back on the ‘Doordarshan Network’. After receiving a number of requests the government has decided to start it’s telecast again.

Happy to announce that on public demand, we are starting retelecast of 'Ramayana' from tomorrow, Saturday March 28 in DD National, One episode in morning 9 am to 10 am, another in the evening 9 pm to 10 pm.@narendramodi @PIBIndia @DDNational

The episodes of the ‘Ramayan’ (which you saw in those days) would be re-telecasted. This would begin from the coming Saturday. That is from 28th March your ‘nostalgia’ would get a break. The first episode would be telecasted at 9:00 AM on Saturday.

The second episode would be telecasted the same day at 9:00 PM. Thus, this weekend you would have a double dose of entertainment. Taking in this announcement the 90’s kid demanded something more and asked for Shaktiman, Junior G, etc to be also re-telecasted.
