Real To Reel: Ajay Devgan To Make Movie On Galwan Valley Sacrifice Of Indian Army

As India lost 20 of its Bravehearts in Chinese aggression on LAC on the night of 5th June their story would be presented on the big screen now. Bollywood actor and producer Ajay Devgan has confirmed a movie on ‘Galwan Valley‘ clashes with China. The movie would be the story of the 20 Indian army men who were martyred in the line of duty in Galwan Valley.

The movie would be co-produced by Devgan’s production banner – Ajay Devgn FFilms – and Select Media Holdings LLP. The title and other details about the movie are still under wraps. Meanwhile, Ajay would soon be seen in the 1971 war based film ‘Bhuj: The Pride Of India’. The movie would release with others on the Disney+Hotsar platform.

Bhuj is a story of 300 women who helped Indian Air Force Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik (played by Ajay Devgn) rebuild a destroyed airstrip during the 1971 war. The actor also announced the date of his next year’s release Maidaan. The movie would be released on 13th August 2021. The movie is based on the golden era of Indian football 1952-1962.

Ajay would be essaying the role of the then Indian national football team coach and manager Syed Abdul Rahim. Earlier this year Ajay’s Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, did a good business on the box office.
