One of the most renowned astrologers in the country and Internationally for his accurate predictions Bejan Daruwalla passed away. As per reports in media the 89 years old died after COVID-19 complications. He breathed his last yesterday evening in a hospital in Ahemdabad.
Daruwalla who was an ardent devotee of Lord Ganesha was suffering from pneumonia. For this, he got admitted to Apollo Hospital. On diagnosis, he was found to have had COVID-19. His son Nastur Daruwalla however, denied that his father died of COVID-19. Condolence messages started to flow in after the news broke out.
Born in 1931 in Mumbai Daruwalla was a renowned astrology columnist who contributed in horoscope column of many leading newspapers. He also served as a professor of English in Ahmedabad. The astrologers once said that his entire family was into astrology. He predicted correctly about victories of Prime Ministers like Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Morarji Desai, and recently, Narendra Modi.

The astrologer was once asked to put his hand on the Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama’s head during an event in Delhi.
