Soon after, the video went viral, and as more people watched it, there was confusion, and many mistakenly thought it was from another speaker, Vivek Bindra. However, Bindra was also brought into multiple accusations related to the same issue.
Afterward, Maheshwari mentioned he was under pressure to delete the video. However, to everyone’s surprise, the video gained more responses, with people rallying behind Maheshwari, urging him not to take it down.

Vivek Bindra Responded
In response to the entire situation, Vivek Bindra shared a ‘response video’ on YouTube titled ‘Janeman Biggest Controversy | Biggest Program | Biggest Attack – Dr. Vivek Bindra.’
Answering Maheshwari’s questions, Bindra casually called him ‘Janeman’ and pointed out that it would have been wise for either him or his team to look into the other side as well.
After Bindra’s video went live, people took sides—some supporting Bindra, others siding with Maheshwari. Posted on December 20, the video has clocked over 2.1 million views.

Vivek Bindra Accused of Domestic Violence
Police are looking into accusations of assault against Vivek Bindra, the entrepreneur and motivational speaker, in Noida. Appropriate action will be taken based on the outcome of the investigation.
On December 14, Vaibhav Kwatra, Yanika’s brother, filed a complaint leading to an FIR at Noida’s Sector 126 police station. Bindra and Yanika, who got married on December 6, were residing in a fancy neighborhood in Sector 94, Noida.
According to the FIR details, shortly after the wedding, Bindra is accused of taking Yanika into a room where he allegedly verbally abused her, pulled her hair, and physically assaulted her. The complaint states that Yanika’s hearing is affected due to the assault, and Bindra also broke her phone during the incident.

Bindra and fellow YouTuber Sandeep Maheshwari are currently in an online feud. Maheshwari accused Bindra of running a “scam,” leading to a verbal clash. In Maheshwari’s video titled ‘Big Scam Exposed,’ he claimed Bindra’s course resembled multilevel marketing and amounted to a Rs 500 crore scam, alleging students were charged large sums for business teachings. The dispute intensified with Bindra alleging that Maheshwari threatened his legal team.
