Indian daily soaps and their bizarre logic are again back in the news and all we can say after seeing these is:
While scrolling through my Twitter feed recently, I bumped into a video from the daily soap ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ and trust me, watching the same will pain your head, liver, kidney and whatnot?

The clip was shared by the ‘No Context Violence’. In the clip, ‘mataji’, the head of the family, of course, is kind of pissed with one of her granddaughters. So, like every sanskari beti and bahu in the soap, Pari is trying to apologise to mataji by holding on to her grandmother’s shawl.
However, somehow the shawl gets draped around Pari’s neck; literally choking her. And of course, mataji, unaware of the same, pull the shawl without knowing that she is actually choking her granddaughter.
The clip of course garnered the attention of the netizens and now they can’t stop making jokes and why not?
