As 16 envoys from different countries pay a 2-day visit to the Jammu and Kashmir to assess the conditions in the valley after subrogation of Article 370, the Vietnamese ambassador has made satisfied remarks.
Vietnamese Ambassador to India Pham Sanh Chau who is a part of the 16 member delegation said that seeing is believing. Mr. Chau said that he witnessed ‘normalcy in the day to day lives of the people’ during his visit.

The delegation includes members from countries like Fiji, Norway, Peru, Maldives etc who wished to have an “unguided tour” of the valley to have ground-level updates of the conditions.
