Gupshup has offered its chatbot to SBI General Insurance on WhatsApp, users will just have to send ‘Hi’ to initiate the chat to buy the insurance. Then the chatbot will further guide the users through a simple number-selecting process to offer various services. Moreover, they have made sure that the complete process is executed on the instant messaging platform only without the need for buyers to be present physically at the office.
