Smith, during drinks break, was caught cheating as he tried to unsettle Pant by removing his guard marks on the pitch. His shadow-batted at the crease, and proceeded to scuffle out the guard marks, forcing Pant to retake the guard. Have a look:
The foul play didn’t go unnoticed as netizens came out to bash Steve for his behaviour and reminded him of 2018.

The third test is headed to end in a draw as India needs to survive 18 more balls and Australia, on the other hand, needs five-wicket to win.
